Just don’t forget chose a place with reliable service and wifi, because you’ll need your phone and laptop, and you’ll still be expected to attend all the required meetings, get the same quality of work done, and stay on schedule.

Your work is solely your responsibility, and no one else's. Barring exceptional circumstances, if at any point we feel like we’re struggling with trust issues about your ability to effectively manage your time or produce the quality work we need from you, it means we’ve made a poor hiring decision.

Get 6 paid days off every year to volunteer for the charity or non-profit of your choice

After your first year working at V R P, team members are eligible and encouraged to take days off from work to volunteer at the charity or non-profit of your choice. You get 6 paid non-consecutive days off per calendar year.




Four-day work weeks at least once per month

At V R P, we typically take at least one Friday off every month. You can use the time to read a book, study/practice new skills, play golf, go skiing, go to the spa and get a massage, or plan something cool for the weekend, it’s totally up to you.

Note: We make it a point to always be available for our clients during regular business hours, new team members in training may have to complete their training (per their team lead) to be eligible, and the booking support teams staggers their time off so we always have 24/7 coverage.

But as long as you aren’t behind on your work and there aren’t any pressing client issues, the day is yours.




100% coverage of hardware and software

Once you've made it through the 3-month probational period at V R P, whatever hardware, software, or services you need to do your job are always 100% on us. We provide an iPhone and Macbook Pro with all the apps, tools and services you need to get the job done. No red tape, no questions asked.




Get a yearly stipend of $1,000 for skill training & personal education

After 12 months of working at V R P, if you’re interested in taking classes and/or reading books to learn something new and build upon the necessary skill sets for your position (and beyond), we’ll cover $1,000 annually.

Some people explore learning opportunities directly related to their current position or role, while others can explore opportunities to help them advance or change the trajectory of their career path into something totally new. It’s up to you; the point is to learn something that you feel enriches you as a person.




Get a yearly stipend of $1,000 for home office space

On top of home office tax write-off, after 12 months of working at V R P, you'll get up to $1000 per year for you to use towards your home office space in your city. You can use it to pay for internet, office supplies, etc… all you have to do is provide the receipts.




Get a yearly stipend of $1,000 for fitness & massages

After 12 months of working at V R P, we'll pay up to $1000 per year for a gym membership, fitness classes, massages, or whatever activity you do to stay in shape and recharge your batteries. And it doesn’t necessarily have to be anything organized either.

You can use your allowance to pay for race registrations or sport competitions, meditation/yoga groups, massages at the spa, or whatever helps keep your mind straight.




Get a yearly stipend of $1,000 for health, dental, or life insurance

After 12 months of working at V R P, you'll get up to $1000 per year toward any health insurance plan that will cover you and your family.

And if you're already covered with a good family plan under someone else, you can use that $1,000/yr to put towards a "whole life" insurance plan.




100% RRSP matching

At V R P, we match 100% dollar-for-dollar up to 5% of your paycheck that you contribute to your RRSPs (for residents of Canada only).




Get up to 3 weeks paid vacation, PLUS an extra $2,000/yr to put towards your vacation

At V R P, we offer 3 weeks of paid vacation. We also offer a few extra personal days, a few national holidays, and some religious holidays every year to use at your discretion. And if you need a couple extra days, it’s no problem. Just ask.

This is a guideline. We work in travel, so a lot of our workload can be dependent on when everyone else is travelling and/or making their plans to travel, so we try to take advantage of down time as much as we can.

In addition to paid vacation time, we offer up to $2,000 per year towards booking any villa or vacation rental property available on one of our partner sites.




Our hiring process

We don't hire backgrounds, only top talent, and we're very selective about who we choose to work with. As a result, our hiring process consists of 4 rounds that every candidate must complete before being offered an opportunity to join our team.

It’s a decision that might slow down our hiring process, but it allows us to stay true to our core values, and ensures we keep our reputation as a leading authority the luxury vacation rental industry.
